Call for Papers

ICSGAAM-2025 invites high-quality, original contributions that explore the intersection of artificial intelligence, green computing, analytics, and management. We aim to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and showcase innovations that drive sustainability through intelligent, data-driven leadership

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Green AI & Sustainable Analytics: Energy-efficient models, carbon-aware systems, green data centers, federated learning for eco-awareness.

  • AI-Driven Environmental & Resource Analytics: Smart grids, predictive climate modeling, sustainable agriculture, water resource optimization.

  • Strategic Management for Eco-AI: Governance, leadership frameworks, decision-making tools, data-driven sustainability strategies.

  • Ethics, Governance & Responsible Green AI: Fairness, transparency, regulatory compliance in sustainable AI, privacy, and policy frameworks.

  • Industrial & Operational Analytics: Green manufacturing, smart operations, resource optimization, circular economy applications.

Submission Guideline

  • Only original manuscripts not previously published or under review elsewhere will be considered.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and detected cases will result in immediate rejection.
  • Submit a single anonymized PDF without any author-identifying information (names, affiliations, acknowledgments) to support double-blind review.
  • Recommended: 12-point Times New Roman or Arial, double-spaced, with 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins.

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. Failure to do so may result in removal from the final program and proceedings

Article Should be checked through Turnitin with less than 10% of similarity Index with 0% AI

Review Process & Acceptance Notification

Review Process

Step1:Corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment email containing Paper-Id within one week of paper submission

Step2:To ensure the quality of the manuscript, the Supporting Team will check for the following:

  • Plagiarism (as per Policy)
  • Quality and Novelty
  • Scope of the Manuscript with the theme of the Conference

Step3:The manuscript satisfying the above said points, will be sent for review, and the manuscript not satisfying the above-said points will be notified as either “Revise and Resubmit “or “Rejected”

Step4:Three reviewers will be assigned to each manuscript and will undergo a double-blind review process.

Step 5: Based on the review comments, the organizing committee will send the decision to the authors Accept/Accept with Revision/ Reject

Step 6: If out of three reviewers, the manuscript is accepted by two reviewers, the manuscript will be sent to the Conference chair for further process.

Step 7: After the final confirmation for acceptance of the manuscript from ICSGAAM 2025 Editorial Board, author(s) will be notified through acceptance mail.

  • Please Note that after Acceptance Notification you cannot withdraw your paper from ICSGAAM-2025.
  • Paying Registration Fee: Calculate the registration fee according to your type of authorship (Academician includes Professor and Faculty, Student include: Research Scholars, PG, and UG Student) and make payment using Online Payment available at home page of the website.
  • Do not forget to send scanned copy of the online payment receipt on email:

  • 2Copy of filled in Registration Form.
  • 3Scanned copy of filled in Copyright Form.
